Privacy Policy

We treat your memories — and your information — with care. This is what we do, in plain language.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

What we collect

When you contact us or order a memorial, we collect your name and email address, the details you tell us about your pet (their name, their story, and any dates or memories you share), and the photographs and videos you send us.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details — PayPal shares only the information needed to confirm your payment.

Why we use it

Only to create your memorial, to reply to you, and to deliver what you ordered. Nothing else.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your photographs or your pet's story to train anything.

What we will never do

We will not publish your pet's photographs or story publicly without your written consent. Every image shown on this website was shared with permission.

If family members appear in a photograph you send, we will either ask them as well or leave them out.

Who else is involved

Creating a memorial requires a small number of service providers, who process data on our behalf: PayPal (payments), our email provider (so we can write to you), and our hosting provider (so your memorial page can be online). Each is bound by their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your materials for as long as your memorial is hosted, so that we can make revisions or restore something if needed.

You can ask us to delete everything at any time, for any reason. We will remove the memorial and the materials, and keep no copy. Say the word and it's gone.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — normally within a few days.

Depending on where you live (for example in the UK or EU), you may have additional statutory rights. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what it needs to function. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this page will say so and explain what is measured.

Children

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
